Who is
Caro Monroy?
I’m a career coach specialising in supporting overseas professionals in Australia to secure meaningful jobs and build successful careers.
My work focuses on Professional Brand Building®, cultural awareness, and job search strategies, helping my clients overcome barriers like self-doubt and unfamiliarity with local industry standards.
With over 12 years of experience in HR, recruitment, training, and account management, and having lived and worked in Colombia, Argentina, England, and Australia, I bring both professional expertise and first-hand migrant experience to every coaching session.
To date, I’ve delivered more than 1,500 hours of coaching, empowering hundreds of professionals to gain visibility, build confidence, and secure competitive roles in the Australian job market, often with salaries exceeding six figures.
I’m a qualified Psychologist, hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and am certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I’m also the author of The Skilled Migrant’s Guide to Success: How to Gain Visibility in the Australian Job Market, and I contribute as a blogger to El Tiempo through my column A World of Possibilities.
