Is this only for people who want leadership roles?
No! Leadership is about identity and direction, not just job titles. This is for anyone who wants to grow, influence, and make aligned career decisions.
I’m not sure what I want next. Is this for me?
Yes, that’s the whole point! This program is designed to help you figure it out, with clarity and confidence. Most clients come to me feeling unsure or pulled in different directions. Together, we’ll explore what’s important to you, what’s shifted in your identity, and what kind of career or leadership path actually feels aligned now. This is a space to gain clarity, not to perform.
How are the sessions delivered?
All sessions are delivered 1:1 via Zoom, tailored to your pace, goals, and experience. We’ll meet for six private sessions over 8–10 weeks, with support between calls if needed.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. Many participants have their program sponsored by their employer. Request the employer briefing and I’ll send you a one-pager you can share with your manager or HR.
What does my employer receive?
Confirmation of your participation and the program’s outcomes and themes at a general level. Any progress update is agreed with you beforehand. Your employer never receives session notes or details of what you discuss.
Are sessions private?
Yes. What you share in sessions is confidential, within the usual limits of professional practice. Nothing is passed to your employer without your agreement.
Is this a job-search program?
No. Professional Brand in Action™ focuses on your positioning, visibility and leadership, whether you grow in your current role or into something new. If you’re earlier in your journey, Professional Brand Building® may be the better first step.
What if I'm between roles?
You’re welcome to join. In that case we can include a refreshed CV and LinkedIn profile as part of your positioning work. (Employer sponsorship is for people currently employed)
