Hi Caro, I found you thanks to my boyfriend. He had the brilliant idea that I should get advice from you. Several of our friends had already had sessions with you, so I thought, why not? I had already tried everything and more with no results, so I figured there must be something I was missing.
Before working with you, I had been job hunting for two months since graduating. I’d applied to thousands of roles in my field. I’d walked into more than 20 companies in person to hand in my resume. I’d reached out to every single contact I had in the industry.
From all that effort, I got just two interviews and two phone screenings and nothing more. 😮💨

Before working with Caro, I felt frustrated as I had spent months without receiving calls for job interviews and felt stuck in my future in Australia. However, over the course of the four virtual sessions we had, I was able to identify several mistakes in my approach to job hunting in this country.These conversations were very dynamic and helped me clarify the type of job and organizations I would like to work for. One of the most significant changes was updating my résumé. Migrating to a new country is an unforgettable adventure full of challenges, and one of the biggest is securing the job of your dreams while building a clear professional identity.
I felt lost and unsure about my career direction. I arrived in Australia with a degree in Systems Engineering but no work experience in the field and zero English skills. Over the years, I learned the language, but in the process, I lost touch with my professional goals. Yesterday, I completed my fourth session with Caro Monroy, and I have to say—her Professional Brand Building™ program exceeded my expectations in so many ways!
When I started the program, I felt completely lost, frustrated, and disheartened. I hadn’t worked in my professional field for a long time since moving to Australia.
