Caro is a Psychologist with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), that specialises in coaching skilled migrants who are struggling with life and professional challenges.

With over 12 years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, training & development, and strategic account management in Colombia, the United Kingdom, Argentina and Australia, she brings a comprehensive understanding of diverse professional landscapes.

Her additional qualifications include a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certificate and she is currently pursuing a diploma in Counselling.

Caro has coached hundreds of professionals in their career choices and counselled individuals through personal struggles, helping them set goals and achieve success.

She is the author of the e-book “The Skilled Migrant’s Guide to Success: How to Gain Visibility in the Australian Job Market” and writes the blog “A World of Possibilities” for the Colombian newspaper El Tiempo.
